The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is a not for profit public service organisation. We provide a range of therapeutic supportive services to children and families, based in the greater Dublin region. The Service works in collaboration with TUSLA Child and Family Agency local areas in Dublin North and North City, East and Dublin Mid Leinster.


Our Services include an Early Childhood Development Service (ECDS), Family Centre Service, Dublin Safer Families Service and Assessment Services.


The DoCCFS are seeking applications to the

post of full time Family Worker (Fixed Term contracts)


Candidates must be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and must have a minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic support to families and ideally to children (0-12 years). Additional qualifications in provision of therapeutic supports will be a distinct advantage.


Experience using mechanisms to evaluate the outcome of work and experience using file keeping software (e.g. Salesforce) will give a distinct advantage.

Successful applicants will be placed on a panel from which current and future appointments will be made. The panel will be valid for twelve months.

Salary scale for the role is €37,383 – €53,080

The DoCCFS are seeking applications to the post of:


Childcare Assistant (AIM)

(Mosney and other centres)


Based in one of our centres in Dublin and Meath the successful candidates will have responsibility for the education and development of children in our centres. Experience delivering education to Aistear and Siolta standards will be essential. Experience working in a High-Scope setting will be an advantage.


Reporting to the ECDS Manager you will have attained a minimum Level 5 FETAC childcare qualification. A qualification to degree standard in Early Childhood Education will be a distinct advantage.

The roles will be part time (up to 15 hours per week) and will be for a period of 6-9 months.

The DoCCFS are also seeking applications to the post of


Cleaner – Early Childhood Development Service Centre

in Mosney Accommodation Centre, Co. Meath

(10 hours per week/ 5 days per week)


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of hygiene in the Early Years Centre. Hours of work will usually be 2 hours per day either before or after the children are in the centre.

Pay for the role is €11.50 per hour.
