On 12th March 2020, an announcement was made by An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar of the closure of crèches and childcare facilities, schools and colleges from Friday, 13th March until 29th March 2020, to support efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19. This is in line with the advice of the National Public Health Emergency Team.
Early Childcare Development Services will close until the 29th March in line with An Taoiseach’s direction.
The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service, will close the following Early Childcare Development Centres, in line with An Taoiseach’s Direction.

· Mabuhay ECDS
· Tír na nÓg ECDS
· St. Joseph’s ECDS
· St Vincent’s ECDS
The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service Assessment Centres, Dublin Safer Families, and Family Centres are continuing to provide a service to children and families and remain open at this time. These include;

· Aistear Beo Family Centre/Connaught Street
· Balbriggan Family Centre
· Turas Springboard Family Centre (operating from St. Benedict's in Kilbarrack)
· Cherry Orchard Family Centre
· Dublin Safer Families Service
· Lisdeel Assessment Centre
· Lisdeel Family Centre
· Jobstown Family Centre
· St Benedict’s Assessment Centre
We ask all clients who have appointments over the next two weeks to please call the centre before attending the centre in person.
